Forty-Nine Years of Service
The Trinidad & Tobago Nurses Association of America, Inc. Is an established association, which stemmed from the need for comradery, to assist new resident Nurses into the United States from Trinidad and Tobago. The Association is also a part of a larger extension of the Caribbean Nurses Association, Inc. Also known as CANA, which presently consist of nine organizations.

Through out the United States, Canada, England and around the world, Nursing Associations has been established to assist Nurses and to provide community care within local areas. Through the strength of the Associations, greater impact of critical care needs can and has been addressed; facilitating needs which often goes unattended, falling into greater decay due to the lack of basic early health care.
